在气温较低（尤其秋冬或冷气环境）时，皂液出现乳白色凝固或结冻状态是正常现象。
这是因为配方中含有天然成分，如：
- 椰子油 (Coconut Oil)
- 乳油木果脂 (Shea Butter)
这些成分在低温下会自然凝固，因此产生类似“结冻”的外观。
👉 这并不是变质或酸败的情况
👉 只要没有出现油耗味（rancid smell），都可以安心使用

When the temperature is low (especially during cooler seasons or in air-conditioned environments), the liquid soap may appear milky and semi-solid.
This is completely normal and happens because it contains natural ingredients such as:
- Coconut Oil
- Shea Butter
These ingredients naturally solidify at lower temperatures.
👉 This is NOT spoilage
👉 As long as there is no rancid smell, it is safe to use

Before First Use
为了让使用更顺手，您可以这样处理：
- 将整瓶皂液放入约 45–55°C 洗澡热水中
- 可盖上毛巾帮助保温
- 静置约 15–20分钟
- 待皂液恢复流动状态后，再进行使用或分装
👉 建议分装至小瓶使用，更方便日常取用
To make it easier to use:
- Place the entire bottle of soap into hot bath water at approximately 45–55°C.
- Cover with a towel to retain heat
- Wait for 15–20 minutes
- Once it returns to liquid form, you may use or transfer it
👉 We recommend transferring into smaller bottles for convenience

Dilution Guide
本产品为浓缩皂液，可依个人习惯调整浓度：
- 可加入 RO水或煮沸后冷却的水
- 不需要一次稀释整瓶
- 可依使用习惯分次调整
👉 浓度越高 → 清洁力越强
👉 稀释后 → 使用更柔和、延展性更好
This is a concentrated formula, and you may dilute it based on your preference:
- Add RO water or boiled (cooled) water
- No need to dilute the entire bottle at once
- Adjust gradually based on your usage
使用过程中（若变浓或难挤）
During Use
如果在使用过程中：
- 皂液变浓
- 或因低温再次变硬、不易挤出
您可以：
- 再次用温水加热至液态
- 依需求加入适量水进行一次性稀释
👉 建议调整到自己习惯的浓度后，就不需每次重复加热
If the soap becomes thick or hard to dispense:
- Warm it again in water
- Dilute to your preferred consistency
👉 Once adjusted, you won’t need to repeat the process every time
